Privacy Statement
This website is operated by Olfi ("we", "us"), a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands under KvK number 42160446. Our contact details are set out in the footer of this website.
This is a static informational website. We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising technologies or other tracking tools. All fonts and images are served from our own servers.
Our website is hosted by Esmero (the Netherlands). Our hosting provider may process limited server log data on our behalf, such as IP addresses, browser information and timestamps, for the security and technical operation of the website. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are retained only for a limited period and are not used to identify visitors or create profiles.
If you contact us by email, we process the personal data you provide, typically your name, email address, organisation and the content of your message. We use it to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss a potential business relationship. The legal basis is our legitimate interest and, where applicable, taking steps prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(f) and (b) GDPR). We retain correspondence only for as long as necessary for these purposes, typically no longer than 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer statutory retention period applies.
We do not sell personal data or use it for marketing purposes. Personal data may be processed on our behalf by our hosting provider (Esmero, the Netherlands) and our email provider (Microsoft, as part of Microsoft 365), or disclosed where we are required to do so by law. Where a provider processes personal data outside the European Economic Area, this takes place under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses and/or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to request data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). We aim to respond to any request within one month.
To exercise your rights or for any privacy-related questions, please contact us at info@olfipartners.com.
We may update this Privacy Statement from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
