Acquisition or investment
Assessing and executing hotel investments, also for investors without dedicated hotel expertise in-house.
Operating Partner · Investor · Advisor
Olfi works with owners and investors to acquire, finance and grow hotel investments across Europe.
We combine M&A, corporate finance and investment expertise with hands-on hospitality experience, looking at the property, the operating business and the capital structure as one investment.
Where we can help
Hotels can be owned and invested in through different structures. Value may sit in the real estate, the operating business, a lease or management structure, or a combination of these.
We look beyond the legal form to understand the economics of the hotel and what ultimately drives value.
Assessing and executing hotel investments, also for investors without dedicated hotel expertise in-house.
Defining the business plan, assessing the alternatives and bringing together the expertise required to build and implement it.
Enhancing value by aligning the capital structure with the right ownership model — across real estate, lease, management agreement (HMA) or hybrid structures.
Supporting owners, investors and hotel businesses pursuing platform growth through M&A, or organic development.
How we work
We can work alongside owners and investors before and during ownership, doing the M&A, sourcing and executing the deal, arranging financing, help implement the business plan, oversee strategic priorities and coordinate the specialist expertise required.
We provide independent advice on hotel investment, financing, ownership and operating structures, acquisitions and growth, guided by the long-term outcome for the owner.
We can originate, assess and execute hotel investments and remain involved during ownership. Where interests align, we can invest alongside our partners.

Experience
Pieter Moll's experience combines corporate finance, M&A, hotel investment, development, financing and hands-on platform building. He began his career at Deloitte, where he built that financial foundation, before moving fully into hospitality in 2014.
At Borealis Hotel Group, he was involved in building two branded hotel platforms to more than 8,000 rooms, sourcing and developing more than 40 hotels across Europe, securing more than €200 million in financing and managing transactions exceeding €500 million.
That experience shapes Olfi's perspective today: hotels are not simply properties or transactions, but investments whose value ultimately depends on the underlying business.
